Arvo Iho’s photo exhibition "Maritime Estonia" at the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia

The exhibition will be opened on May 12th 2005 at 16.30-18.00 by the Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia in Denmark, Taavi Toom.

Arvo Iho’s photo exhibition "Maritime Estonia", which already with big success has been shown in Hungary, Sweden, Poland and Czech Republic, now comes to Denmark.

The exhibition by the famous Estonian filmmaker and photographer presents Estonia as a country, which is inseparable connected to the sea. In the exhibition you can see photos of old boats on stone fences, fishermen on their way to the sea, ships in the harbour and sunset on the sea.

The exhibition will be at the embassy until autumn.
The exhibition is arranged in co-operation with Arvo Iho and The Estonian Institute.
